Introduction

Access Dental Care—a North Carolina statewide non‑profit—is seeking dentists who want to do more than practice dentistry. We are looking for mission‑driven providers willing to do what is necessary to deliver comprehensive care to patients with special healthcare needs, while also advocating for our profession, contributing to research, and educating other professionals on how to care for our unique patient population.

For over 25 years, Access Dental Care has redefined what compassionate, patient‑centered care looks like. Our nationally recognized mobile dental program brings high-quality dentistry directly to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, older adults, and individuals with complex health needs in group homes, skilled nursing facilities, PACE programs, and community settings across North Carolina. Every day is different. Every patient matters. Every provider makes a difference.
