What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to adult patients
- Perform extractions and other routine dental procedures
- Manage an average of 13 patients per day across 10 operatories
- Collaborate with support staff, including RDA, DA, hygienists, and office management
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a team dedicated to patient care and success
What You Need
- Valid California Dental License and state-specific credentials
- 2+ years of experience in general dentistry
- Strong skills in extractions and patient management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
