Scope of Practice
This position is designed for General Dentists who enjoy providing endodontic care within the scope permitted by California law.
Procedures may include
- Root canal therapy on anterior teeth
- Root canal therapy on premolars
- Molar root canal therapy
- Endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning
- Emergency endodontic treatment
- Pulpotomies and pulpectomies
- Management of endodontic emergencies and dental pain
- Core buildups following endodontic treatment
- Collaboration with specialists for complex retreatments, apicoectomies, or other cases requiring specialty care
Schedule
Requires 1 day per week with flexibility to add additional days based on the desired schedule of the Doctor.

Competitive percentage of production rates in the mid-30’s

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Current DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI
- Demonstrated experience and confidence performing endodontic procedures
- Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication and treatment planning skills
- Interest in building an endodontic-focused practice
