We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and driven Associate Dentist to join our team. With a consistent flow of 60+ new patients per month and a state-of-the-art facility, we offer a high-growth environment where a dedicated clinician can truly thrive.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
Clinical Skills: Must be highly proficient in molar RCT and extractions (2 years experience required).
Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Texas Dental License.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain treatments to patients effectively.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and a driven, professional attitude.

Provide high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base.
Perform advanced clinical procedures, with a specific focus on molar endodontics (RCT) and extractions.
Utilize modern technology, including digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral cameras, to diagnose and educate patients.
Lead the clinical team with a professional demeanor and excellent communication.
Collaborate with the practice owner to help scale the office and maintain high standards of patient care.

High Earning Potential: Pay is based on 30% of production (minus lab fees), with the potential to earn between $400,000 and $500,000 per year based on performance.
