We are looking to hire a Part -Time General Dentist to join our team in Dover, DE with additional scheduling options available in 2027. Work alongside several providers in a fully comprehensive, high grossing dental clinic in central Delaware. Back by over 10 years of trusted service, our office has an excellent support staff and patient base with expansion plans starting this upcoming year!

Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:

• Family Practice (PED’s to Seniors)
• FFS, PPO, and some Medicaid (25%)
• Scope: General, Cosmetic, Restorative, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Implant Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Sedation
• Clinical Autonomy and High-end Dental Technology
• Multi-Doc practice

Compensation & Benefits of the Dentist:

• 35-40% of Collections (experience dependent)
• Annual Salary: $250,000-$500,000
• Mentorship from Experienced Provider
• Leadership Track Programs (Potential Equity)
• CE allowance, 401k, Malpractice coverage, and Additional Benefits
• Relocation Assistance Available for those who Qualify

Schedule for the Dentist:

• Monday – Thursday (7:30-4:00)
• Friday (8:00-2:00)
• No Weekends!
