Salary: $300,000 – 450,000 / Year

Location: Aspen Dental (specify location as needed)

Sign-On Bonus: $60,000

Relocation Stipend: $25,000

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Assume excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintain an awareness of the budget and work in conjunction with Operations to attain financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
