Compensation & Incentives
- Salary: $300,000 – $450,000 per year
- Signing Incentive: $60,000
- Minimum Monthly Guarantee for 1 year: $20,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
- Assure excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to attain financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community
Qualifications
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
