Salary: $300,000 – $450,000 per year
- Signing Incentive: $60,000
- Minimum Monthly Guarantee for 1 year: $20,000

Responsibilities
- Lead a patient‑centric team, respecting clinical judgment and leadership
- Ensure excellent quality of care, adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
- Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
- Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
- Provide high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Maintain awareness of the budget and work with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives
- Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire dental team
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
- Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the community
Qualifications
- Must hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
