Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year

Location: Aspen Dental branded practices (independently owned and operated by licensed dentists)

Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensure high-quality care for all patients in alignment with dental ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Monitor budget and collaborate with Operations to achieve financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals
• Stay current with developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Network with professional groups and dentistry-related organizations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
