Associate Dentist Position Details
- Schedule: Tuesday to Friday schedule with optional Mondays. No early mornings or evenings
- Expected Production: $80,000-$100,000 monthly, taking over patients from the current associate
- Technology: CBCT, iTero, implant system
- Support staff: 4 hygienists, 4 assistants for 2 dentists
- Patient Mix: Predominantly PPO with some FFS. Negotiated fees- $1,400 is the lowest crown fee
- New Patients: 60+ new patients per month
Associate Dentist Compensation
- Compensation: 33% of collections, less 33% lab bills
- Guarantee: Initial daily rate available
- Benefits: Health, paid malpractice insurance, $3,000 CE stipend, 401k plan
- Partnership: Partnership option available after 3 years
General Dentist Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with a proven production history in a similar practice setting
- Proficient with traditional dental cases and Invisalign. Experience with molar endo or implant placement is ideal, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
