Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience required to be considered
- Proficient with endo, implant placement, & oral surgery a plus
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
