Schedule
* Full-time schedule (hours to be discussed)
Duties & Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices
* Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures
* Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
* Uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements
* DDS or DMD from an accredited program
* Active New York dental license (or eligibility)
* Strong clinical and treatment planning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care
* New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
Pay & Compensation
* Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
* Daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first 6 months
* After 6 months:
* * 30% of collections up to $50,000/month
* 35% of collections over $50,000/month
* $10,000 sign-on / relocation bonus
* $5,000 CE allowance + professional development support
* $3,000 malpractice and annual retention allowance
