- **Precision Execution:** Maintain absolute precision in prep work, impressioning (digital workflows), and cementation/delivery protocols to uphold the premium global reputation of the brand.
- **Provisional & Surgical Accuracy:** Ensure absolute accuracy in coding and clinical documentation within the practice management software for all comprehensive workflows.
2. Collaborative Case Leadership
- **Treatment Coordination:** Partner directly with the Treatment Plan Coordinator and Office Manager to deliver seamless patient consultations, confidently discussing clinical value to support the practice's production and collection goals.
- **Digital Infrastructure Integration:** Utilize the practice's cloud-based workspace systems to seamlessly access patient data, clinical photographs, lab communications, and practice protocols.
3. Elite Patient Experience
- **Luxury Standard of Care:** Deliver a high-touch, empathetic, and premium hospitality experience for a discerning clientele.
- **Patient Continuity:** Maintain an exceptional chairside manner that builds unwavering trust, turning consultation opportunities into completed smile transformations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Education & Licensure:** DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Georgia.
- **Experience:** 3+ years of private practice experience, with a heavy and demonstrable portfolio focus on high-end cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers, and full-mouth reconstructions.
- **Clinical Skill Stack:** Advanced training or mastery in cosmetic bonding, porcelain veneer preparation/bonding, full-arch reconstruction, and digital impressions/intraoral scanning.
- **Operational Alignment:** Comfort working within a highly structured environment guided by comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- **Tech-Savviness:** Experience with cloud-based dental practice management software (experience with **Curve Dental** is highly preferred) and a forward-thinking mindset regarding digital workflow automation.
What We Offer
- **Net Collections Compensation:** A highly competitive, tier-structured compensation model based strictly on **Net Collections**, offering uncapped earning potential directly tied to clinical output and case closure.
- **Zero Administrative Friction:** A dedicated administrative team handles your scheduling, front-desk workflows, automated patient intake, and high-ticket sales conversations so you can focus entirely on your craft.
- **Elite Brand Association:** The opportunity to practice in a state-of-the‑hardware facility utilizing the latest digital dentistry technology under a globally recognized premium cosmetic brand name.
