Role Overview: As a Dentist, you will provide high-quality clinical care in a modern studio environment, treating a diverse range of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. You will diagnose the whole person, including complex cases like malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing, to ensure members leave informed and confident in their care. There are opportunities to focus on clinical excellence or assume leadership responsibilities as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and guiding studio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive dental services, including restorations, endodontics, extractions, implants, and cosmetic procedures.
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to TMJ, sleep disorders, and malocclusion, promoting early intervention and growth of aligner and sleep therapy programs.
- Manage patient schedules efficiently, ensuring a seamless, hospitality-driven experience grounded in personalized care and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and participate in ongoing clinical development.
- For Lead Dentists, mentor and coach team members, lead clinical onboarding, and partner with studio leadership to optimize performance and handle complex cases and member escalations.
Qualifications & Skills
- DDS or DMD degree, active dental license, CPR/BLS, and DEA registration.
- Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years of private practice experience; Lead Dentists: 6+ years with leadership experience.
- Proficiency with digital workflows, Invisalign certification, and comfort with modern technology.
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, leadership, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform clinical procedures with manual dexterity and maintain ergonomic positioning.
