To support a growing orthodontic organization, the full-time Dental Recruiter will identify, interview, and hire qualified dental professionals while working 100% remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities Recruit Dental Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, Office Managers, and other dental professionals Conduct video interviews and manage multiple open positions across various locations Utilize UKG ATS to manage the hiring process and maintain accurate recruiting records Required qualifications At least 1 year of direct dental recruiting experience Experience recruiting for dental practices, orthodontic groups, or dental support organizations (DSOs) Knowledge of dental positions and their qualifications Experience sourcing candidates through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn Familiarity with UKG or another applicant tracking system preferred
