Dental Marketing Coordinator - Part TimeThe Dental Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, coordinating outreach activities, and ensuring our referring offices have a seamless, positive experience.Schedule: Choice of 1-2 days a week depending on need between Mon-ThursResponsibilities:Provide gifts and any updates or changes to the office given by the practice managerMakes appropriate changes in the system of any changes in the referring officeResponsible for building rapport with referring offices front desks and DoctorsRemember specific information about each office to bring up in conversationBring referral cards to any office in needMaintains a positive and team-focused mindset to ensure a consistently high level of collaboration dailyUpdates a provided tracker in ExcelPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualifications:Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDPreferred Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree coursework in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related fieldStrong organization skillsTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSpecialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
