Dental Laboratory Case Manager

Vital Ceramics is a growing dental laboratory dedicated to high-quality restorations and excellent customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• answer calls and emails from dental offices
• communicate with dentists and relay instructions to technicians
• coordinate case workflows to meet delivery deadlines
• prepare and package cases for daily delivery
• schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries
• assist with managing delivery drivers
• provide professional, friendly customer service and resolve case related questions

Qualifications:

• Korean and English communication skills required
• basic computer skills, organized and detail-oriented
• dental laboratory experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
