Dental Hygienist

Job description:

Pacific Manor Dental is a warm, patient-centered practice serving the Pacifica community. We're looking for a skilled and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. If you love building long-term relationships with patients and take pride in delivering exceptional preventive care, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings
• Take and review digital X-rays and document findings in patient records
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist in the development of individualized patient treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with our dentists and front office team
• Maintain sterilization protocols and a safe, clean treatment environment

What we're looking for

• Active California RDH license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 1+ year of clinical hygiene experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Proficiency with digital X-rays and dental practice management software
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
• Laser certification a plus
