Owning the first 90 days of new member relationships, the full-time Dental Customer Success Specialist will manage onboarding calls, conduct savings check-ins, and oversee a portfolio of accounts in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct live onboarding touchpoints and training check-ins for new members Run structured savings check-ins at 45 and 90 days to demonstrate savings and identify additional opportunities Manage an ongoing book of accounts using a customer health scoring system, providing ongoing member support Required qualifications Experience in dental roles such as assistant, hygienist, office manager, or within a DSO Strong understanding of dental products and daily practice operations Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from a customer health scorecard Proficiency with Google Suite; familiarity with Excel is a plus Self-directed with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support
