To ensure the accuracy and compliance of provider credentialing data, the full-time remote Expirations & Data Integrity Specialist will monitor credential expirations, conduct data governance activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Monitor and track provider credentials, notifying stakeholders of upcoming expirations and required renewals Evaluate credentialing documentation for compliance and mitigate risks associated with expired or incomplete records Perform regular data audits and reconcile provider data across internal systems and credentialing platforms Required qualifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with good judgment and initiative Process improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging technology for efficiency
