Dental Billing Specialist

To support a growing orthodontic practice, the full-time Dental Billing Specialist will manage the complete lifecycle of dental insurance billing, including claim submission, follow-up, and resolution, in a remote or hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Submit clean and accurate dental insurance claims using correct CDT codes Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment Identify and resolve root causes of claim denials efficiently Required qualifications 3+ years of dental insurance billing experience Strong knowledge of CDT codes and insurance claim workflows Experience with Medicaid dental billing preferred Proven ability to reduce denials and manage claim follow-ups Experience with billing or practice management software
