Dental Billing Consultant

To support dental offices from home, the part-time Dental Billing Success Consultant will manage insurance verification, patient billing, and ensure accurate claims submission while striving to collect 100% of owed amounts. Key responsibilities: Collect and ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments within one business day Submit clean claims and follow up on aged claims over 30 days bi-weekly Maintain a near-zero balance on over 90 insurance aging accounts Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated dental billing experience, preferably within the last 12 months Ability to accurately post payments and understand billing processes Access to a dedicated workspace with a reliable computer, printer, and high-speed internet Self-directed with effective goal-setting and independent work skills Knowledge of strategies to help offices collect 100% of what is owed
