Requirements
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas.
Current CPR certification.
Nitrous Oxide Monitoring certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Coronal Polishing Certification (or willingness to complete certification post-hire).
Strong computer proficiency including dental software and Google Docs.
Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Professionalism and a patient-centered approach.
Job Description
Provide thorough patient care, effective communication, and personal attention to ensure quality service.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and patient records for dental procedures.
Offer chairside assistance for basic and advanced restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency, and preventive dental treatments.
Accurately document patient and treatment details in clinical notes.
Take dental radiographs (x-rays) as required.
Educate patients on oral hygiene before and after dental procedures.
Monitor and manage dental supply inventory and order materials as needed.
Travel between local offices occasionally to support team operations.
