Full-time Requirements
* Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
* Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
Certification: Valid Dental Assisting Certification required (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant / EFDA or Registered Dental Assistant status preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in clinical dental assisting with a solid understanding of dental terminology, equipment maintenance, and chairside flow.

Clinical Excellence & Chairside Assistance: Expertly assist the dentist across comprehensive general and cosmetic dental procedures.
Advanced Dental Assisting Duties: Take high-quality dental x-rays, digital impressions, fabricate temporary crowns, and utilize intraoral cameras for precise diagnostic tracking.
Patient Experience & Coordination: Greet and seat patients, manage patient check-in/check-out workflows, and present treatment plans with deep compassion, empathy, and clarity.
Front Office Cross-Support: Answer multi-line phones, coordinate patient scheduling, and assist with dental insurance verification or coverage breakdowns as needed.
Clinical Leadership: Oversee daily patient flow, manage dental inventory, ensure all treatment rooms are fully stocked, and maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols. Benefits
