Marana Dental Care is looking for a Dental Assistant who is dependable, positive, and takes pride in their work to join our privately owned, modern dental practice.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside the doctor, enjoys connecting with patients, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

What You'll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care

• Take dental radiographs

• Assist with digital impressions/scanning and other digital workflows

• Help with restorative, crown, bridge, and other general dental procedures

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment

• Keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Help patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit

• Communicate effectively with the doctor and front office team

• Help keep the day running smoothly and efficiently

• Jump in and help wherever needed—because we're a team

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred

• Arizona dental assisting credentials as required for the position

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Friendly and personable with patients

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to anticipate the doctor's needs and stay one step ahead

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Someone who takes ownership of their work

• A team player who understands that everyone plays a part in creating a great patient experience
