Denials Operations Supervisor

Leading a team of 8-15 in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Supervisor, Denials Operations will manage real-time work distribution, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards in denial management workflows. Key responsibilities Manage real-time work distribution to balance workloads and ensure continuous progress Monitor account movement across workflow stages and intervene to prevent delays Lead, coach, and support team members while tracking productivity and quality metrics Required qualifications 3-5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in denials management 1-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Knowledge of denial management processes and payer requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Strong ability to manage daily workflow execution in a high-volume environment
