The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing volunteers while executing an aggressive field plan.Key ResponsibilitiesField Program ExecutionImplement the campaign's voter contact strategy, including door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and text outreachCut turf, manage walk lists, and maintain strong data practices in VAN/VoteBuilderTrack weekly metrics and adjust tactics to meet voter contact goalsVolunteer Recruitment & ManagementRecruit, train, and mobilize volunteersLead canvass launches and phone banksHelp build a sustainable volunteer structure across District 1Operations & CoordinationPrepare staging locations and materials for field activitiesEnsure accurate and timely data entryGet Out The Vote (GOTV)Assist in planning and executing early vote and Election Day turnout operationsPreferred QualificationsPrior campaign field experience strongly preferredExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills and comfort leading volunteersWillingness to work evenings and weekends as campaign activity requiresPositive attitude and solutions-oriented mindsetCompensation$20 per hour, depending on experienceFull-time preferred, though strong candidates seeking 20+ hours per week will be considered.Start Date: As soon as possiblePosition runs through the June 23, 2026 Democratic Primary, with the potential to extend through the General Election.
