Demolition Equipment OperatorWe are seeking a reliable Demolition Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders to safely perform demolition work on various job sites. The ideal candidate will work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete demolition tasks, maintain equipment, follow safety procedures, and help keep projects on schedule.Responsibilities:Operate demolition equipment and heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other demolition attachments (grapples, breakers, shears, etc.) safely and efficientlyAssist with planning and executing daily demolition activities with the crewWork closely with supervisors, crew members, and subcontractors to coordinate demolition tasks and site operationsCoordinate equipment and materials required for assigned demolition workAssist with site preparation, structural teardown, debris handling, and loading of demolition materialsProvide input for daily and weekly job reports as neededFollow project timelines and communicate with supervisors if delays or issues ariseMaintain equipment and perform basic daily inspections before and after operationFollow all site safety procedures and help maintain and strengthen the company's safety cultureQualifications:Ability to work effectively in a team environmentPrevious demolition or heavy equipment operating experience preferredExperience operating excavators, skid steers, or other demolition equipment preferredAbility to work on your feet for extended periods and lift/move materials when neededMust have a reliable pair of work boots and appropriate PPEOSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferredEsposito Construction LLC is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
