Supporting customer demonstrations and proofs of concept, the full-time Demo and POC Advisor will manage environment setup, data preparation, and scenario building while collaborating with Solution Advisors, with a preference for candidates located in Dallas, TX, though remote options are available. Key responsibilities Prepare and support demo and POC environments, ensuring configuration and data pipeline execution Build and validate scripted demo scenarios for customer demonstrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demo scenarios with customer storylines and feedback Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting demos or POCs in enterprise software or supply chain technology Hands-on experience with data preparation, system configuration, and environment setup for SaaS solutions Basic understanding of supply chain workflows and AI concepts in enterprise software Familiarity with database technologies and SQL
