Demand Planning Coordinator

Job Overview:

We’re looking for someone to support supply chain and demand planning activities for a large beverage distribution operation. This person will handle order entry, inventory and sales data, supplier follow-ups, and reporting to make sure products are ordered and delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and update forecast orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments.
• Track supplier orders, confirmations, delivery dates, and appointments.
• Review inventory and sales data and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain reports for orders vs. receipts, forecasts vs. sales, and inventory levels.
• Work with suppliers and internal Operations teams to resolve order or inventory issues.
• Maintain supplier portals and update important product/order information.
• Calculate pallet weights and truck capacity when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, supply chain, inventory, or demand planning.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of data and multiple SKUs.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and perform basic business calculations.
