The Demand Planning Analyst supports forecasting and distribution planning activities by analyzing market trends, customer demand, and commercial sales data. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, maintain data integrity within the Logility planning system, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance and operational alignment across CertainTeed Interior Product Group.

Lead demand forecasting and planning activities using Logility, leveraging historical trends, sales input, market indicators, and customer requirements.

Consolidate and analyze sales, customer, and market data to support monthly S&OP and distribution planning processes.

Partner with sales leaders, regional managers, and cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts and align supply chain strategies.

Monitor forecast performance, analyze variances to actual results and budget, and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Develop and maintain commercial job pipelines using CRM tools, AI-enabled insights, and demand planning methodologies.

Support distribution planning initiatives that optimize inventory positioning, customer service levels, and business profitability.

Provide reporting, analytics, and ad hoc business insights to support decision-making and respond to changing market conditions.

Drive continuous improvement efforts through process standardization, automation, enhanced visibility, and increased planning efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Marketing or Logistics required.

Knowledge of SAP and in the areas of MRP, DRP and Forecasting preferred.

2-4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain operations, or related field with demonstrated knowledge of planning principles and best practices preferred.

Knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, Logility, and other software used for managing large quantities of data and able to build reliable and repeatable processes to support business objectives preferred. - -

Demonstrated ability to influence without direct responsibility. Results driven, flexible and open-minded preferred.

Understanding of basic Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
