Key Responsibilities Serve as the business owner and primary operator of the demand planning platform, maintaining data integrity and managing user roles Develop SKU-level forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy, integrating various data sources to refine assumptions Lead the monthly demand review cycle within the S&OP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and highlighting forecast risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field 3-7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics Experience operating a demand planning system (e.g., ketteQ, SAP IBP, Anaplan) Strong data analysis skills, particularly in advanced Excel and BI tools Experience working with POS data and retail customers
