To prevent stockouts and overstock issues, the full-time Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist will monitor inventory across DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon channels while providing proactive solutions in a remote role focused on the LATAM region. Key responsibilities Track sell-through and inventory to identify stockout risks early Maintain a live risk register and propose solutions for inventory issues Utilize AI-assisted tools and keep tracking systems updated for accurate data Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role Proven ability to identify problems early and provide actionable solutions Strong Excel skills and experience with multiple planning systems Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams Experience with retailer portals such as Target Partners Online or Amazon Vendor Central is a plus
