Demand Planner (Fully Remote)

Forecast Ownership Build, validate, and publish monthly demand forecasts in Anaplan, including baseline, promotional lift, and launch ramps. Review statistical baseline, apply overrides with documented reasoning, and maintain override discipline. Track forecast accuracy and bias, root-cause misses, and implement corrective actions. Business Partnership Represent portfolio in consensus and S&OP, presenting changes and drivers to stakeholders. Challenge assumptions from Sales and Finance, reflecting them with documented rationale. Partner with Supply Planning on inventory, weeks of supply, and allocation decisions. Systems and Process Participate in Anaplan implementation, including UAT, data validation, and migrating off Excel. Partner with Demand Planning Analyst on master data accuracy and reporting. Adhere to demand review calendar and elevate data breaks.
