Demand Planner
The Demand Planner will be responsible for forecasting customer demand, analyzing sales trends, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability. The role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing to support production planning and supply chain efficiency.

- Prepare sales and demand projections based on historical data, market trends, and promotional activity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to balance customer demand with supply and inventory availability.

- Assist with planning for new product introductions, discontinued items, and product changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related supply chain role.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI is a plus.
