This role owns performance optimization within assigned channels and drives pipeline outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn execution and optimization of assigned demand channels (email, webinars, website conversion, digital campaigns)Analyze channel performance and implement testing and optimization plansPartner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion ratesSupport campaign planning and execution for integrated demand initiativesMaintain accurate data, reporting, and performance insights for assigned programsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth rolesProven ability to optimize campaigns and improve conversion metricsProficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot required)Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance dataExcellent collaboration and communication skillsExperience using AI tools in the workplace to improve content quality, streamline workflows, and optimize execution efficiency across marketing operations and communicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with webinars, events, and multi ?
