Delta Test Coordinator

Coordinating customer-focused testing of software changes, the full-time Delta Test Coordinator will manage the end-to-end testing process, serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, and ensure software releases meet customer needs in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate customer testing of new SaaS features, enhancements, and product changes prior to production release Develop and maintain testing plans, timelines, and acceptance criteria while monitoring customer testing progress Collect and communicate customer feedback and track issues through resolution to support release-readiness decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred Experience working with SaaS or software products and customers, including project coordination or customer-facing initiatives Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing activities and deadlines Familiarity with software development, quality assurance, and testing processes Experience documenting software defects, customer feedback, and testing results
