Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; proficient with browser software, email, instant messaging, and internet searches.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Compensation and Training

Starting salary SGD2,225.00 per month, increasing to SGD2,399.00 after one year of service. Eligible for performance‑based incentives after a six‑month probationary period, flexible cash for PM changes, and monthly salary sharing if the company meets KPIs. Comprehensive classroom and on‑the‑job training covers teaching, observation, testing, and performance measurement.
