Insight Global is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support a large-scale Reconditioning Modernization initiative involving an Oracle implementation. This individual will be responsible for driving delivery across the Security, Access, and Controls workstream and ensuring key project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables remain on track.
The Delivery Manager will work closely with the PMO and cross-functional stakeholders across Audit, SOX Controls, Technology, and Security. This person will serve as a central point of coordination between teams, helping ensure requirements are clearly defined, ownership is established, risks are escalated appropriately, and deliverables are completed according to the overall implementation timeline.
- Lead delivery activities for the Security, Access, and Controls workstream within the Reconditioning Modernization/Oracle implementation.
- Partner closely with the PMO to track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress.
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders including:
- Audit
- SOX Controls
- Technology
- Security
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure teams are aligned on responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
- Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
- Ensure security access requirements and control-related deliverables are incorporated into the broader implementation plan.
- Communicate project status, blockers, decisions, and upcoming milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain clear documentation around action items, deliverables, ownership, and deadlines.

Hourly Rate 60-80hr
Contract length 3 months with possible extensions
