The Salesforce Delivery Manager USA/LATAM will own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs in USA & Mexico, ensuring predictable execution, strong governance, and high client satisfaction across enterprise engagements. This role operates as a client-facing delivery leader and escalation owner, managing distributed teams across USA & LATAM and global hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Delivery Execution
- Lead multiple Salesforce engagements (implementation, enhancement, managed services)
- Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, cost, and quality commitments
- Own delivery governance including:
- RAID management
- Steering committee updates
- Drive adherence to delivery frameworks (e.g., KITE or equivalent)
- Manage financials for engagements including:
- Forecasting
- Margin tracking
- Act as primary client-facing delivery leader
- Build CXO/VP-level relationships
- Lead governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews
- Own escalation management and ensure rapid issue resolution
Team Leadership & Delivery Organization
- Manage cross-functional teams:
- Solution Architects
- QA / BA / PMs
- Drive accountability, delivery discipline, and ownership culture
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development
- Maintain delivery quality through:
- Standard SDLC practices
- Proactively manage risks and maintain mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with security, data, and audit standards
Capacity & Resource Management
- Partner with Resource Management/TA for staffing plans
- Ensure optimal utilization and demand capacity planning
- Align team composition with pipeline and delivery roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in IT services, with 5+ years in delivery/program management
- Proven experience managing distributed/global delivery teams
- Strong understanding of:
- Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in LATAM delivery models
- Exposure to Salesforce industry clouds (FSC, Utilities, etc.)
- Background in consulting/service organizations
