Mattress Firm is seeking a Delivery Logistics Coordinator to optimize daily delivery operations across our retail locations. In this role, you will plan and schedule routes, coordinate with stores, warehouses, and third-party carriers, and monitor order status to ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries. You’ll track performance metrics, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to internal teams and customers.
Working closely with operations and supply chain partners, you will help improve processes, reduce costs, and support a customer-first culture focused on great service and reliable fulfillment.
