JSenior Technology Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives supporting Wealth Management
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and translate business objectives into technology roadmaps
• Manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
• Drive executive-level governance, reporting, risk management, dependencies, and escalations
• Oversee platforms supporting sales enablement, content management, digital enablement, and advisor tools
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated throughout delivery
• Manage vendor and platform partnerships
• Drive delivery within Agile or hybrid environments

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology platforms
• Financial services or Wealth Management experience
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

Preferred

• Experience with Seismic and/or Salesforce
• Previous Bank of America experience
• Experience supporting Wealth Management or financial advisor platforms
