Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and stakeholders Develop project plans and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in claims and premium billing 3-5 years' experience in implementation, claims configuration, project management, or consulting roles Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business operations preferred Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, MS Project) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (RPA, AI, ML)
