The ideal candidate will have strong federal delivery experience, excellent client-facing communication, and the ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and ensure successful contract performance.
Lead delivery operations for FEMA/DHS programs. Manage staffing needs, onboarding, reporting, performance updates, and escalations. Ensure contract timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met. Strong understanding of federal program delivery and client management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
