Leading the largest active enterprise program, the full-time Delivery Lead, Enterprise Programs will manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise business systems and transformation initiatives while overseeing a team of program managers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Personally lead the largest enterprise program from business case through go-live Oversee Program Managers and scale the team as the portfolio of enterprise business system programs grows Own the delivery standards for enterprise system and transformation programs, ensuring compliance with stage gates and go-live readiness Required qualifications: 10-12 years in program management with experience in CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments delivered end to end Proven experience leading programs where business functions own the system and requirements Demonstrated vendor and systems integrator management on major deployments PMP or equivalent certification Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
