We’re hiring a Delivery Lead for a banking client. You’ll lead lending integration and migration work inside the client’s Wealth Management technology ecosystem. You’ll be the main link between business and technology teams, from planning through post-implementation.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery of lending integration and migration initiatives across Wealth and Lending teams
- Represent technology in governance forums, steering committees, and executive status updates
- Turn business priorities, risks, and requirements into clear direction for engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and vendors
- Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Make decisions, remove roadblocks, and escalate early when timelines or budgets are at risk
- Support planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Must haves
- 5+ years as a Delivery Lead or Technical Lead in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management platforms, products, and workflows
- Deep knowledge of lending technology, lending operations, and the full lending lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with LoanIQ, Systematics, Supernova, or similar lending platforms
- Experience leading technology migrations, platform implementations, and integrations in banking or financial services
- Development or technical background. You can follow architecture, integrations, data flows, and dependencies
- Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall delivery experience xhqgsiq
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Advisor technology, client onboarding, or portfolio management systems
- Consumer, commercial, private banking, or wealth lending products
- APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud or platform modernization
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Regulatory, compliance, or risk knowledge in financial services
