Local Truck Driver

Pay $21/hr. + performance pay Hours: 6:30am-Done, Wednesday and Sunday off Examples of work performed for local truck driver Tulsa: Loading, securing the load and unloading merchandise from the loading docks and delivery truck at specified locations Pre-inspection of truck before departure Planning routes and meeting delivery times Driver will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of all shipments, driving loads to their destination by the time outlined by The Company Must be able to quickly gain knowledge of merchandise and documents used in the store-to-store transfer process, as well as third party shipment of loads Check daily assignments and responsibilities Use excellent customer relations with both internal and external customers Perks that come with being a Local Truck Driver Benefits Package - Health, Dental & Vision, 401K, matching, Life Insurance, HSA, FSA, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage, Short- and Long-Term Disability and Employee Assistance Program PTO Policy Gym on site Company Discount Employment Standards: No more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years Knowledge of safe operation of a heavy truck and knowledge of Federal, State, and local motor vehicle safety laws Ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with customers Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures Physical Activity Requirements: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
