Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary local point of contact for on-site partnership operations in Tulsa
* Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the drone delivery site using a personal vehicle
* Provide weekly reports on operational activities, including expansions, process changes, and other relevant updates
* Receive supplies on-site and coordinate appropriate storage or handoff
* Print and distribute marketing and promotional materials for local use
* Occasionally accompany runners to merchant locations to observe workflows and identify potential process improvements
* Place test orders through the delivery application and document glitches, changes, or unusual ordering activity
* Support smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced test environment
* Identify operational issues and provide clear feedback to help improve processes and technology
* Follow all applicable safety protocols and site procedures
* Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to keep operations on schedule
* Adapt to changing procedures and operational requirements
* Collaborate with internal and partner teams to maintain reliable and consistent operations
* Communicate observations and operational feedback to appropriate stakeholders
* Maintain professionalism when interacting with merchants, teammates, and community members
