Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join a growing team in Oklahoma City. This position combines warehouse operations with local deliveries, requiring candidates to accurately pull orders, load and unload materials, and safely transport products to customers using a company vehicle.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in both warehouse and driving environments.
Required Experience & Skills
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs throughout the workday
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment or delivery
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized
• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle while following all traffic laws and company policies
• Verify deliveries and maintain accurate shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and customer interactions
• Assist with inventory movement and additional warehouse duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Forklift certification or operating experience
• Warehouse inventory or shipping/receiving experience
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and repetitive lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work both in the warehouse and outdoors while making deliveries
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and company vehicles while wearing required PPE
