Delivery Driver Opportunity

DeWalt Logistics LLC is an Amazon DSP known for its exceptional delivery performance operating out of Amazon Warehouse DGF1. As a Delivery Driver with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and safely.

Location: DGF1 at 2280 Picton Pkwy Akron OH 44312

Compensation: $20 per hour

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute packages on behalf of Amazon promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase customer satisfaction. Fast paced environment. 21 and over. Must have availability weekdays and weekends. Shifts will be approximately 10 hours. Full and part time available.

Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Drive safely and efficiently to customer locations, following all traffic laws
• Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Scan each package as it’s delivered
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Be able to work fast and efficient
• Team player
• Lifting of heavier packages will be required

Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree
